By guiding you through each step, we make sure the whole process is smooth, transparent, and stress-free—so you can feel confident and well-informed from start to finish.



1. First meeting at the property
At our initial visit to the property, we have a look at the property and discuss any updates or improvements that have been made and ask questions to better understand the property. We also talk with the seller about their preferred strategy for the sale. Additionally, we collect key documents, including the deed (Escritura), the property's entry value, cadastral reference, and the plusvalía municipal tax.
2. Our introduction
We’ll give you a short overview of who we are and what we do, along with the services we offer. We’ll also provide you with some helpful information, the sales agreement, and other documents you might need later, so you can go through them in your own time. After that, we’ll arrange a follow-up meeting.
3. Follow up meeting
In the follow-up meeting, we go over any questions you might have and present our valuation of the property. We also review the costs involved and give you a clear idea of what you’ll walk away with after the sale. At this stage, the sales agreement is signed, based on what works best for you as the seller.

4. Photos and videos
On the agreed day the agent arrives early to get everything set up and make sure the property looks its best. We provide also home-staging services if needed.
After that, depending on the agreement we take professional photos and make a high-quality video of the property.

5. Publishing the property
After the photos and video is ready we list the property on key platforms to give it the best visibility so it reaches as many potential buyers as possible.

6. Viewings
We coordinate viewings with interested buyers and manage the offers to help you get the best possible price for your property.

7. Reserving the property
Once the buyer and seller come to an agreement, we prepare the reservation contract (Arras), making sure it reflects both parties’ terms and is written in their preferred language.

8. Preparation for the Notary
We coordinate the day of the final sale with each party. We collect and send all the necessary documents to the notary for the preparation of the deed.

9. Final signing at the Notary
The day of the official handover and registration. The buyer, seller, and agent meet at the Notary’s office, where the deed is formally signed and registered. By this time all payments are completed. On this day the money is transferred to the seller, and the keys are handed over to the new owner.
